We can offer you four very comfortable, completely equipped and fully furnished apartments in our two houses, which are situated next to each other in Treffling ? that?s on the sunny plateau of the Millstätter Lake. This position is very quiet and sunny and gives you a panoramic view of the surrounding mountains.
The two apartments ?Sommeregg? and ?Gartenrast? have about 55m² and are situated in our ?Carinthian house?.
The apartment ?Sommeregg? is two-storried. So the kitchen and the dining-table are on the first floor and on the second floor there is a very spacious and studio-like living-and-sleeping-room with a comfortable atmosphere. Besides this apartment has a roofed-over loggia with a beautiful panoramic view to the surrounding mountains.
The apartment ?Gartenrast? is arranged and furnished in country cottage style - the same country stile like our ?Carinthian house?. So there is an extremely homey sitting room with rustic furniture as well as two separate bedrooms and a kitchen.
The other two apartments ?Goldeck? and ?Sonnwiese? have about 80m². They are very spacious, modern, well equipped and they are in our new summer cottage.
In addition to two separate bedrooms and a kitchen the apartment "Goldeck" has two large and roofed balconies as well as a great living room which is open until under the roof.
And the forth apartment ? the apartment ?Sonnwiese? - is also a very comfortable one with an elegant atmosphere. This flat also has two separate bedrooms, a kitchen and a very spacious living room. Besides there is a terrace from where you can go into our big garden.
All our apartments are equipped with colour television set, satellite TV and radio as well as a refrigerator, an electric kitchen stove with an oven, a slicer, a coffee machine and a mixer. In addition we provide you bed- and table-clothes as well as towels and dish-towels.
Various extra facilities and services: bakery service and accordingly delivery of fresh bread, a big garden for sunbathing, a wellness area offering sauna and other equipments where you can relax and spoil your body and your soul (e.g. steam bath, solarium, heat bench and rest room), equipment for toddlers (crib and highchair), parking spaces
Special for children: a small children?s house, a children's playground, table tennis, table football, an electrical train as well as a lot of various playthings
Millstätter-Lake-Inclusive-Card (for free!): gives you a large number of free of charge or reduced entrances in various facilities or services of our region: free admission to the beach, indoor swimming pools, museums and mountain roads.
We are a so called ?golf founder enterprise? and so we can give you the possibility or reduced Greenfees and golf courses as well as the possibility of a gratis training-hour.
