How often do we lose ourselves in our busy lives, surrounded by noise and constant pressure from outside? Imagine there is a place just for you.... your retreat right on the lake. This place, this little house right on the lake, this environment lets you regain consciousness, lets you feel your own pace, lets you perceive yourself and your immediate surroundings with all your senses, lets you calm down and breathe deeply . Here you can find yourself again!
Your retreat by the lake is located in the middle of a 3,000 m2 meadow, surrounded by chestnut, linden and ash trees. Here you will find the rest and relaxation you need. Around the refugium at the lake you have the place all to yourself, only directly at the lake do you occasionally meet the guests of the holiday apartment and my family with friends!

Only at the refugium at the lake you have the opportunity to enjoy an individual meditation in the morning or in the evening. Or you treat yourself to a relaxing sound massage right by the lake.

The refugium at the lake is a small house, minimalist and simple, but equipped with all the necessary comfort. Small bathroom with hot water and toilet, king-size bed 160x200, table, 2 armchairs, storage space under the bed, 2 electric skylights, interior blinds, infrared heating.
Terrace with fridge, table with 2 armchairs and parasol, 2 deck chairs. Hot water outdoor shower. Nespresso machine with capsules, kettle with tea assortment and sugar. Picnic basket with plates, glasses, cups, cutlery, salt, pepper, bottle opener, champagne stopper.
Walking path through the natural meadow directly to the lake (approx. 30 meters) with jetty.
Distance bivouac to Villa Martiny: 300 m
I would be happy to provide you with a gourmet basket filled with regional Carinthian specialties or a breakfast basket for an extra charge - enjoyment right on the lake! Alternatively, I would be happy to help you reserve a breakfast table at the Hotel Moserhof****, just a 5-minute walk from the refugium!
