'Enjoying milk at Schneider-Lex' - a visit to the Slow Food farm cheese dairy

"Do you know where the milk comes from?" - "What is made from it?" - "Have you ever been to a farm cheese dairy?" After we have taken a close look at our farm and our animals with lots of fun and games, you have put your milking skills to the test and learned some new things, we take the freshly milked milk to our farm cheese dairy.

With a little skill, you can make your own cream cheese balls, which you can then taste over a good snack with your own cheese, butter, yoghurt and bread.....

We are a Slow Food company and we stand for regionality, sustainability and a love of production.
What awaits you: * Get to know the farm's focus on milk - direct marketing * Direct contact with our animals * Getting to know a milking cluster - learning to milk * Milk and its product range * Understanding the milk circle * Insight into our farm cheese dairy * Making something yourself - shaping - tasting - packaging * Catering for lunch with home-made cheese Every Wednesday in July and August from 9 am - 1 pm. Cost: € 25,-- / person from 4 years (children under 6 years must be accompanied by an adult)
