Our cottages built in 2017 Are finished and available!
Our four modern and spacious holiday homes all have an approx. 85m2 living space. They consist of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms each with their own shower room on the upper floor. The houses are ideal for 4 to 6 persons maximum (the living room couch can be converted into a double bed). We can also accommodate combinations of 8 or 12 to 24 people at the same time. Ideal for the generations or holidays with friends or even several families or travel groups.
The lovely village center of Döbriach is about 300m away. Here you will find everything from the baker for the breakfast bread, to the cozy restaurant, everything very quickly and within walking distance. The bakery service also delivers in the morning to the front door. And honestly, who has already been fond of cooking holiday every day. The holiday house is located about 2km from the lake and is located directly at the foot of the mountains. This makes it the ideal starting point for everything you need on and around the Millstätter See or in the beautiful mountains and pastures. All holiday homes are identical.

As the houses and the road are very new, you do not find the address in navigation systems yet.Therefore please look for Döbriach, Hauptstrasse 42. On the last metrers to the house, there ist a school on the right hand side. Please drive carefully for the children's savety. Continue this road for about 100m to the very end. Than you see the houses in front of you.
The house is locked with a numeral code-locker. We will send you the code in time before your arrival. This code is valid during your whole stay. So you can get into your house anytime, whenever you arrive.
