Both of our one-room apartments are very well equipped.
Apartment 1 has a bed measuring 1.40m, cozy for lovers and/or those who want or need more closeness.
It has a comfortable lounge chair with a footrest, so put your feet up and enjoy the sunset over the Goldeck.
Access to the balcony with a view of the lake and the mountains delights your heart every morning and every evening when you return home after a successful and astonishing tour.
There is of course the possibility of adding a cot and a high chair. for your child.
Appartment is of course, equipped with bed linen, towels, consumables...Coffee machine and coffee pad machine, induction hob, baking oven, kettle, deck chair on the balcony, drying rack...

Here too, there is the option to add a cot, high chair or similar for your child.
You have direct access to the balcony with a view of the lake and the mountains, it delights your heart every morning and every evening when you return home after a successful, astonishing tour.

Our third apartment is about 40m2 and we built it to be handicapped accessible.
We know how difficult, if not impossible, it is for people with disabilities to be able to go on holiday without obstacles.

Affected in our own families, we have deep insights into these challenges and difficulties.
That's why we have a big heart for people who have special challenges and would like to enable them to have unforgettable days at Lake Millstatt. We think that the challenges in everyday life are big enough and that it should then be possible to spend a carefree time away from home on the precious vacation days. We are very helpful with everything you might need!
If desired, we can even provide a nursing bed/commode chair/lifter. (extra flat rate)

!!! Only in summer '24 will access via the garden be completely wheelchair accessible. !!!

The apartment is lovingly furnished; has an almost complete deep window front on the sunny side, which makes the room completely flooded with light and the view of the greenery, the garden and the mountains is unique.
There is a 2m by 2m bed available and an additional sofa bed for a third / possibly fourth guest and / or 2 children.
There is also the possibility of adding a child's bed.
A terrace with seating, a lounge, lounge chairs... everything that invites you to linger, relax and make you happy.
Enjoying the evening sun here is a special experience.
